Fraser Carson has over 30 years of experience in a wide variety of communications, marketing and business-related areas. A qualified graphic designer and former art director with the BBC in London and Television New Zealand, Fraser is managing director of Flightdec.com and TheCrowdBlog.com. He runs workshops and seminars on: marketing, online strategy development (including social media) and creative thinking. A particular focus is advocacy campaign planning and activity, with an emphasis on online and digital methods. Tilda has had a portfolio career in marketing, communication, events, and fundraising with arts, environmental and social organisations. She spent four years with the YWCA Auckland, as their marketing and fundraising manager before taking the opportunity to focus her skills in the recruitment area in 2013.
For the last three years Tilda has used her fundraising and marketing experience in her role as a recruitment consultant with Execucare NZ. Execucare specialise in recruitment for the NFP sector and publish a Salary Survey with FINZ bi-annually. In that role Andrew and his team were consistently recognised by the industry for excellence in funds management.
Andrew has more than 27 years investment management experience in roles with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Bank of England, AMP and with Merrill Lynch Global Asset Management (UK) as Managing Director of Global Equity Products. With Merrill Lynch, Andrew managed global equity accounts for pension funds in Japan, Sweden, Spain, Chile, England, the US, Germany and South Africa.
