Fundraising Manager - Child Cancer Foundation

The Child Cancer Foundation aims to reduce the impact of cancer by offering services that ensure children and their families are supported, informed and well cared for at every stage of their cancer journey.
Reporting to the National Manager – Commercial, this role will build relationships with individuals and corporates to achieve sustainable financial growth for the upper North Island region. Duties will include:
- Community fundraising, campaigns and event management;
- Coordinating and running the annual street appeal;
- Liaising with third parties for fundraising activities;
- Developing productive relationships with the donor base and leveraging and developing new and existing corporate relationships.
The Ideal Candidate
The Child Cancer Foundation are looking for a passionate and committed fundraiser with 3-5 years experience in community fundraising, campaigns or events. You will need to be adept at relationship building, have good organisational skills and enjoy working independently under a national structure.
A tertiary qualification in business or a related area is preferred, as is a passion for helping children facing challenges in their early lives.
